Priority Roles

Primary Teaching Fellow (PreK-4th Grade)

The Teaching Fellow position is a one-year role that supports classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher with instruction, classroom management, and differentiation for students. As new educators, Teaching Fellows are supported by the lead teacher in the classroom and a leader at their school to develop their teaching skills. This role requires a level of flexibility, as Teaching Fellows may be asked to hop in to support with coverage, teach in additional classrooms, and other duties as needed.

Teaching Fellows will receive a salary of $45,000 during their Teaching Fellow year. Following the teaching fellowship year, Teaching Fellows may interview for or be asked to become Capital Teaching Residents ($52,000), Lead Teachers (starting at 65,500), or another role at their school or another Ï㽶ÊÓƵ school.

Student Support Compliance Manager

The compliance manager will be primarily based at one of our seven campuses. This position will be responsible for leading and ensuring that  documentation and managing matters related to special education compliance with a full spectrum of federal and state requirements at the campus and school level. The compliance manager ensures compliance for 100-150 students with IEPs or 504 plans.  The SST Compliance Manager leads the school team in IEP meetings and serves as the LRE representative for Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. This position will also assist in sustaining policies and systems that ensure Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’s overall compliance with student support services regulations, working closely with our student support services staff and school leaders. The compliance manager will report to the Associate Director.

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $71,615-$85,256.
